On a sunny day in the park, Maggie and her church group evangelize the Good Word of the Gospel and warn of the coming end times. This song captures the playbook driving modern evangelical Christianity, typified by a focus on the end of the world, the need to accept Jesus or else risk the eternal fires of damnation, and the directive to tell as many others as possible.
The number is done in a folksy style with a Bo Diddley/Not Fade Away feel, and performed with street instruments such as steel drums, tin cans, hubcaps and plastic buckets, acoustic guitar, harmonica and penny whistles. Slide guitar and crunch rhythm guitar add blues rock heft from the instrumental bridge through to the end.
